Are these sizes true U.S. sizes or do they fit smaller? The sizes are true, but based on the oversized style (especially the bottom half of the garment), it's recommended to buy your usual size or one size smaller if you're slim. Carefully read the size chart.

Is this hem the same as the picture? Yes, the hem of this blouse is very loose, as shown in the picture.
